Check-in: You can check in from 3 PM to 10 PM. If you will arrive later than 10 PM, please contact us in advance at +32 (0)51 50 00 34. Check-in on Sundays is from 6 PM to 10 PM.
Luggage storage: We can store your luggage if you arrange it with us beforehand by calling +32 (0)51 50 00 34.

Parking: Free parking is available directly across from the hotel in the Schoolplein and Heilig Hartplein. You'll need to use a blue parking disc from 8 AM to 6 PM, which allows you to park for two hours at a time. This rule does not apply on Sundays or public holidays. For longer stays, you can use one of the free city center car parks, such as Beerstblote, Fabriekstraat, or the Station. We will also share this information with you during check-in.
Bicycles: We have a locked storage room where you can safely park your bicycles. You can rent bikes from www.huur-fiets.be.
Breakfast: Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 9:30 AM, and Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 10 AM.
Check-out: No later than 11 AM.
Taxi service: For a stress-free ride to your event, please contact Taxi service VDW in advance at +32 (0)51 57 08 84 or via email at info@luchthavenvervoer-vdw.be to make arrangements.
Cancellation policy: You can cancel this reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival. Please contact us at +32 (0)51 50 00 34 to do so.
Local tips: Be sure to also check out the Diksmuide website, www.bezoekdiksmuide.be, which has numerous hiking and cycling routes.
Payment: You can pay via the website or at the hotel with a credit card, Bancontact, or cash.
Restaurant: We do not have an evening restaurant, but there are plenty of great brasseries and restaurants within walking distance. A few suggestions are Père et Mère, Water en Vuur, Commerce 82, De Vrede, St Jan, 't Klein Gewin, and Lettenburg.
Bar: In our bar, you can enjoy a local beer or a nice aperitif; the bar is closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Cancellation for group reservations (10 rooms or more):
- 2 months before arrival: 0% fee
- 1 month before arrival: 50% fee
- 2 weeks before arrival: 75% fee
- 1 week before arrival: 100% fee
